We are a team of experts with many years of experience in multinational industries in the automotive supply industry, steel production and high-temperature ceramics (refractory) with areas of activity such as research & development – product management – production improvement management – certification – after-sales support.
By specializing in the field of auditing and coaching, we see potential for development at the sensitive interfaces between people and processes. Our different focal points allow us to synergize process-technological knowledge with group-dynamic aspects.
